Here's a small glimpse of things that people do in Cary when they get frustrated. There are some kind of pretentious rules cary makes:

No Orange.
No chickens (boo)
No Signs over a certain height.

Just in Cary's defence though. It's not that bad of a place. It's just that if your house is in the way of one of the many road widening projects, you're really stuck between a rock and a hard place.
